Eligible refurbished products purchased from MyTechBasket are covered by a 6-Month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page or invoice.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions that occur during normal usage.

🦠 Software issues, operating system corruption, virus or malware infections.

💾 Data loss or data recovery services.

🔋 Battery backup reduction due to normal wear and usage.

🛠️ Products opened, repaired, or modified by unauthorized service providers.

🎁 Accessories supplied with the product unless specifically mentioned.


📝 How to Claim Warranty

📸 Step 2 — Initial Verification

Our technical team may request:

🎥 A short video showing the issue

This helps us understand the problem and perform initial troubleshooting.


📦 Step 3 — Product Inspection

If required, you'll be asked to send the product to our service centre for a detailed technical inspection.

After inspection, MyTechBasket will, at its discretion:

⏳ Warranty service timelines may vary depending on the nature of the issue and the availability of replacement parts.


ℹ️ Important Information

👤 The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

📅 The warranty period begins from the date of delivery.

🔄 Repair or replacement of a product does not restart or extend the original warranty period.

📦 Customers are requested to pack the product securely while sending it for warranty service to prevent transit damage.
