Payment policy

At MyTechBasket, we accept digital payments only. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Customers can complete their purchase using the digital payment methods made available during checkout or through a secure payment link provided by MyTechBasket.

Payments are processed through our authorized payment gateway or payment service provider. MyTechBasketย  does not ask customers to share their UPI PIN, Card PIN, CVV, OTP, or banking password with our team.

Never share your OTP, UPI PIN, Card PIN, CVV, or banking password with anyone.

An order will be processed after successful payment confirmation is received byย  MyTechBasket.

If you make a payment but your order is not confirmed, please contact our support team with your order details and payment transaction/reference ID.

Where applicable, MyTechBasketย  will send a secure payment link to the customer to complete payment.

Customers should make payments only through payment links or payment methods provided by MyTechBasket through our official communication channels.

โŒ Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on MyTechBasket.

Orders cannot be placed by paying cash to the delivery partner.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Failed or Unsuccessful Payments

If a payment fails or is unsuccessful, please do not make multiple payments without checking the status of your previous transaction.

If money has been debited but the order has not been confirmed, contact us with the transaction/reference details. We will check the payment status and assist you accordingly.
