Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
At MyTechBasket, every product is carefully inspected, tested, and verified before dispatch. To maintain complete transparency, we share actual product photographs, working videos, and packing videos with our customers before shipping.
In the rare event that your product arrives non-functional or develops a major hardware issue immediately after delivery, it may qualify under our Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy.
โ DOA Eligibility
A product will be considered Dead on Arrival (DOA) if:

โ ๏ธ It has a major hardware defect that prevents normal operation.
โฐ The issue is reported within 48 hours of the product being delivered.
๐ The product has not been physically damaged, opened, modified, repaired, or tampered with after delivery.
๐ How to Raise a DOA Request

Our technical experts may perform remote troubleshooting to understand the issue before approving the DOA claim.
๐ Replacement Process
Once your DOA claim is verified and approved:
๐ We will arrange a Reverse Pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
๐ After receiving the product, our technical team will inspect it to confirm the reported issue.
๐ฆ If approved, we will dispatch a replacement unit of the same model.
๐ If the same model is unavailable, we may provide an equivalent product with similar or better specifications.
โ DOA Claims Will Not Be Accepted If
โฐ The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
๐ฅ The product has physical, accidental, or liquid damage.
โก The issue is caused by improper installation, incompatible accessories, software configuration, or customer misuse.
