Every product undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before dispatch, and to give you complete peace of mind, we share actual product photos, working videos, and packing videos before your order is shipped.

While we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference, we do offer a replacement facility in the unlikely event of a genuine product issue.

Your replacement request will be considered if:

🔄 You receive an incorrect product.

⚠️ The product has a functional defect that was not present during our pre-dispatch quality inspection.

📅 The issue is reported within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.


📋 Replacement Conditions

To qualify for a replacement:

✅ The product must be returned in its original packaging.

🎁 All accessories, adapters, cables, manuals, and complimentary items must be included.

🚫 The product must not have any physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or software modifications after delivery.

🔖 Serial numbers, stickers, and warranty labels (where applicable) must remain intact and untampered.

❌ Replacement Will Not Be Accepted If

🚫 The request is raised after 7 days of delivery.

💥 The product has been physically damaged, mishandled, or modified by the customer.

💧 Damage is caused due to liquid exposure, accidental drops, electrical surges, improper usage, or unauthorized repairs.

📢 The reported issue was already disclosed before purchase and acknowledged by the customer.

🚚 Step 3 — Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

✅ We'll guide you through the replacement process.

📦 Depending on your location, we'll either:

  • Arrange a Reverse Pickup, or

  • Request you to ship the product to our service centre.


📦 Packaging Guidelines

To avoid damage during transit:

📦 Use the original packaging whenever possible.

🫧 Wrap the product securely using bubble wrap or other protective materials.

🎁 Include all accessories, manuals, chargers, and cables.

🚚 Seal the package properly and clearly label it as FRAGILE.

Once your returned product reaches us:

📦 If approved, your replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability.

🔄 If the same model is unavailable, we may provide an equivalent product or another suitable resolution at our discretion.
